Medieval Dynasty is a survival game about building and running your very own medieval village.

The game emphasizes hard work as a means of leveling up your character and growing your village, but even the most resourceful player can have their run completely ruined due to nothing more than bad luck.

One of the most crucial late-game resources in the game is reputation, which allows you to recruit more people to your village, expand your building cap, and progress the story.

Reputation is also important in maintaining your status with the current living king, who can give you the rights to name your village, but the funny thing is, the same king can be the reason why you can’t get enough reputation to please him.

When you start a new game, Medieval Dynasty randomly generates the current ruler, assigning him a name, age, and personality.

The king can be good, neutral, or bad. If the king is good or neutral, completing missions for him will increase your reputation and your villagers’ mood, but if the king is bad, the same missions will lower these scores.

This means that if you’re unlucky and get a young evil king, for most of your campaign you’ll be losing points where others gain them, making progressing the game painfully more difficult.
