5 Obvious Video Game Remakes The Industry Is Ignoring

2. Legacy Of Kain/Legacy Of Kain: Soul Reaver

I've cheated a little bit and compiled the first two entries of the Legacy of Kain series together.

Why? Because it is plainly too difficult for me to separate the two in quality. The plot for the PS1 era series still holds up today as one of the most compelling tales in gaming, and if you still have a PlayStation then they represent strong alternative to majority of the third-person action & adventure titles out today.

What would a remake need? Better graphics, modern controls and the rest to remain fundamentally the same. A remake of Legacy of Kain and Soul Reaver could easily take the platform by storm and sweep up at the Game of the Year awards.
