8 Hidden Video Game Cutscenes You Were Never Meant To See

4. A Hidden Music Video (Crash Bandicoot 2)

The original Crash Bandicoot games are crammed full of secrets and easter eggs, but none of them beat the alternate intro that was included in the second game.

You had to jump through a few hoops to unlock it, holding down L1, R1, left and circle as soon as the PlayStation logo appeared, but once you did you’d be treated to a Crash music video potentially more enjoyable than the game itself. And that’s saying something.

Not only is it a complete tragedy that the vid didn’t receive the meme treatment, but the biggest crime was that it was only included in the Japanese edition of the game, robbing westerners the chance of hearing one of the finest video game songs ever made.

Seriously, don’t tell me you won’t be bursting out the chorus to this for the next three weeks.
