Ok yes. Let's get the obvious out of the way and address the turgid elephant in the room.

Mara is a giant penis. Don't act like you've not seen it, don't act like I'm the weird one here. It is a penis if ever I saw one and trust me after looking at my visage in the mirror each morning I know what a prick looks like.

However despite this literal dick rocking up to thrust trouble into your face across several Persona and Shin Megami Tensei games, he's actually only a big bollock-sized boss in just a handful, but oh boy does Mara make the most of his todger-based time in the spotlight.

His best, and by that I mean "most utterly horrifying" has to be in Shin Megami Tensei 3, wherein Mara is summoned to battle by some rather impatient Manakins by Satanist Church mascot Baphomet - however thanks to them rushing Goat boy, they accidentally summon Mara the Magnificent into the body of a humble slime, inspiring a tonne of phallus-y fury which leads to a boss battle.

Now I'm not going to lie, I was in stitches thanks to this battle and the lead up to it, mainly because the Manakins talk at length about summoning their "Mean green pounding machine" and also because of the fact that the botched summoning means that Mara is, in essence just the tip of his otherwise godly length and girth.

Thankfully he's a bit of a drooper as the player can turn on the cold showers and end this boss battle rather quickly. Still, very strange.
