6. Agents Of Mayhem

After Saints Row 4 and Gat out of Hell, the question used to be "Where does the franchise go from here?"

Well, turns out, it doesn't. Instead, Agents of Mayhem is set in the same universe, but sees Volition take the super-powered new mechanics of Saints 4 and build a game around them from the ground up. That means more ostentatious pop culture comedy, a ton of ground-pounds, superhero-lampooning and extremely memorable characters all blowing the crap out of everything.

There's a small chance it could collapse in on itself from being as zany as possible, but if Volition's scriptwriters can nail the foundations and get an audience on board with how much fun they clearly had making it, Agents of Mayhem could be spectacular.
