The reason why Fall Guys has become such a phenomenon is it's a battle royale where anyone can win. It's why adding a practice mode or "fixing" the controls would ruin the game. You can be the best player in existence and still get eliminated by another player ricocheting you out of bounds.

Players only have to look at the Takeshi's Castle-style Door Dash, or the nail-biting Tip Toe, to realise luck can make or break your qualification; your boldness can lead you to victory or trip you into defeat. It's also why team games are so frustrating because even if you nab a golden egg, save multiple shots in Fall Ball, or hold onto your tail for the entire time limit, your awful compatriots can always fail you (yellow team for life).
