9 Video Games You Didn't Know Were Turned Into Board Games (And How They Work)
4. BioShock Infinite: The Siege Of Columbia
Another game that supports two to four players, in The Siege Of Columbia you take control of either the Founders – those who pioneered the creation of the flying city Columbia – or the Vox Populi – the rebel population who fight against slavery and oppression. Both sides must construct a force powerful enough to seize control of Columbia.
To do this, players win battles to gain territory as well as completing significant and challenging objectives. The game play is akin to Risk - the combat plays out in a similar fashion. That being said, there are extra event and upgrade cards that keep things fresh, like the ability to take control of main characters Elizabeth and Booker in order to sway battles and events.
One thing the game absolutely nails is Bioshock Infinite's bright, colourful world. The board has a great, painterly art style and the player figures pop nicely.
