3. Paris
Paris, like the other European cities on this list, has a long cultural and architectural heritage but whilst Rome and Barcelona have their own landmarks, nothing on continental Europe can compare to the world famous Eiffel Tower. Erected for 1889 World Fair, the Eiffel Tower has become one of the world's most famous structures and a symbol of France, and although we've had a chance to climb it in THQ's "The Saboteur" it would be fantastic to see this landmark given the Rockstar treatment. Another of Paris' famous structures is there Arc de Triomphe, and with 12 avenues, including the Avenue des Champs-lysées, arguably the most famous road in the Europe, meeting at this one historic landmark there are plenty of options for gamers to outwit anyone chasing them. The other "benefit" of these 12 avenues meeting in one place is the traffic and pandemonium (both common features on this list) that ensues, and whilst traffic can be unpopular it, also forces the gamer to think, rather than just rely on speed, to evade.
