8. Mario & Sonic At The Olympic Games (Wii)
Who could have predicted that the first time that the gaming legends that are Mario and Sonic would meet would be in a crappy mini-game compilation?
Whilst this is probably the most beloved entry in the series due to it being the first and only time many people went to the Olympics with Sonic, Mario, and their friends, the game itself is no good.
Later entries in the series add complexity to the mini-games making them worth your time, most of the events in Mario & Sonic At The Olympic Games involve you rapidly waggling your Wii Remote and Nunchuk and little else.
There are a few games here that you're going to want to replay though. Trampoline, Fencing, and Shooting are pretty good, but that's about it.
Even the Dream Events here are lacklustre. Dream Table Tennis is just an alternate version of the awful Table Tennis game, Dream Fencing is alright as Fencing is decent but there's nothing original about it, Dream Platform is pretty fun but nothing special, and Dream Race is just another one of those games where you have to shake your Wii Remote really fast.
