Assassin's Creed: Dynasty - 10 Things We Want To See

7. Feature More Verticality

The parkour and climbing in Origins was some of the best in the franchise, but it does feel a little underutilised. Dynasty needs to give us more buildings and more vertical areas for our assassin to navigate.

Part of the reason so many people fell in love with Assassin's Creed came from climbing buildings and running through towns with ease. Out of all of the games in the series, Origins has possibly the least climbing, which is more due to its size and setting than anything else.

This is a massive shame, because the extra development time that Origins had meant Ubisoft had time to perfect the climbing mechanics. Rather than tweaking these too much, Dynasty simply needs to replicate them and introduce a world that is more suitable for it.

If Dynasty really is taking us to China, then hopefully it'll make use of its famous architecture and give us the biggest climbing experience yet.
