Assassin's Creed: Dynasty - 10 Things We Want To See

8. Keep The Focus On The Open World

Origins' biggest success as both an open-world title and an Assassin's Creed game was it's massively explorable map. If Dynasty hopes to compete, it needs to keep the focus on that.

Although the worlds of Italy, America and London were all fantastic in their own right, they can't compare to what Origins does with its space.

Exploring is truly interesting every single time, because it has that same sense of 'what's that in the distance?' that games like Breath of the Wild mastered. There's so much to see and do that even going from one objective to another usually results in a meaningful side activity, dynamic encounter or landmark getting added to your quest log along the way.

Dynasty needs to replicate this, as it's honestly one of the reasons why Origins became so popular and played. It helps that China is infinitely more interesting than Egypt, giving it even more to work with. Keep it big and, more importantly, keep it interesting.
