Batman Arkham 2020: Every Leak & Rumour You Need To Know

A post-credits cutscene in Arkham: Origins featured Amanda Waller approaching the imprisoned Deathstroke to sign him up for her new initiative, a fairly obvious tease for a future game involving the Suicide Squad.

Sure enough, during the mid-2010s WB Montreal were rumoured to be in development on a Suicide Squad game spun-off from the Arkham series. In 2017, though, there were further rumours that that game had been cancelled after at least two years of development.

Given that the Suicide Squad gives a different angle on many of the supporting players in Batman's rogues gallery from what we have seen in previous Arkham games, maybe it's possible that some of the development work on the defunct Suicide Squad game could be repurposed for the new Arkham instalment.

Or maybe that previous post-credits tease will accomplish as much long term as the similar Deathstroke scene in the Justice League movie.
