Batman: Arkham Knight DLC - 8 Things That Would Save The Season Pass

6. Elaboration On That Ending

Going back to Bruce and his motivations, there's a pretty forced "And his legend lived on..."-ending to Arkham Knight; one that's only mentioned in pre-planning when Bruce talks to Selina after saving her from Riddler, discussing how Gotham needs "something more, something worse" to protect it. He goes on to connote the Knightfall storyline from the comics, Azrael taking over his role (something that's hinted at many times when you play as him in the AR Challenges, trying to prove himself to Bruce, despite how that thread can actually end), but it's still super vague. Those who hoovered up all of Riddler's trophies and did every last side-objective triggered the scene where it looks as though Bruce has taken to using Scarecrow's fear toxin to rule the streets - but that just seems so strange and out of place tonally, it definitely needs some more exposition. The Nightwing DLC took place in a post-Arkham Knight world, and as the Season of Infamy is meant to take place in the timeline both during and after AK's story, it's the post scenes and scenarios that'll have to be given the utmost care.
