7. New Game Plus Done Right
The very idea of NG+ should always be treated as a power fantasy. The Witcher 3's patched-in option (brought about through shear volume of fan-requests) did exactly this, whilst also letting you continue levelling your character or tweaking the difficulty as you saw fit. For Arkham Knight, if you want to start over and transfer all your equipment, you'll be thrown into a far harder version of the base game, where enemy attacks do way more damage and counter-prompts are disabled. Neither of the other Arkham titles had the ability to transfer across your unlocks to a new save - probably because of how progression in the story is directly item-related, allowing access to certain areas way too early - but at least let us play through again on the standard difficulty with all our best combat moves ready to go.
