5. One Of Penguin's Goons?

Now, the only thing I'm going off here comes from Penguin's accent being incredibly stereotypically from 'Lahn-dahn', as Nolan North portrayed him with a proper 'cocknee geeza' persona in the Arkham games... for no real reason other than he came up with it and Rocksteady were in full support.

Whether Penguin makes an appearance in Telltale's universe, I don't know, but of all the characters who received close-up shots in the trailer, this guy above looks to work for someone higher up than himself.

The accent says 'Penguin' but the fact he's talking to Bruce out of costume and in a friendly manner says otherwise. Answers in the comments if you know who this chap is, or could be!
