Before GTA V: 10 Hardest Missions From Games Gone By

9. Demolition Man

DemolitionMan Avery Carrington is looking at some more development land near his construction site at Vice Point in Vice City, only there's one problem, some pesky builders have already begun the construction of a new office block at the site he had his heart set on, so it is up to Tommy Vercetti to destroy it - not with grenades or a rocket launcher, oh no, that'd be far too easy. With a Remote Controlled Goblin helicopter. Using a Top Fun van, the player has to navigate the remote controlled helicopter up stair cases, past security guards, and dispatch bombs at four different locations throughout the building, all in under 7 minutes. Not only do you need a steady hand for this one, but you also need a cool, level head to beat the clock without letting the stress of the occasion beat you, and whilst the construction goons armed with hammers scattered throughout the complex are easy enough to kill, you also need to keep an eye out for them, too, and stop them damaging your helicopter. If you don't beat the clock, or the helicopter is destroyed, the mission fails. Much like the majority of RC missions in the franchise, this one is a tricky one, but you are rewarded with a cool cut scene of the office blocks exploding if you beat it.
