10. Three Leaf Clover
Niko, Packie, Derrick and Gerald McReary, and their friend Michael Keane have a plan - to rob the Bank of Liberty of $1 million and split the spoils between them. Only there's one problem - one of the hostages kill Michael, the security alarm starts wailing, and a police helicopter circles outside above a street crawling with heavily armed LCPD officers and NOOSE agents. With the money in hand, the gang battle their way through a five star wanted level, down alleyways, through the streets, under the subway and back out again before fleeing to safety. By far one of the most action-packed missions in the entire series, on average, Niko and his merry band of robbers will kill somewhere close to 100 police officers during their getaway, all the while being shot at by machine gun fire from a pursuing helicopter. To add to the challenge, if Packie or Derrick bite the bullet and get shot dead by one of the many police officers hunting you down, the mission fails, so not only do you have to watch your own back, you have to watch theirs, too. A fun mission overall, but by no means an easy one. The $250,000 awarded to your character by the missions end is scant reward after what you have just been through.
