5. Too. Many. Robots.

In both the single-player campaign and the multiplayer, there are just too many damn robots. It doesn't help that killer robots are a massively overdone trope in FPS games of the last few years (specifically the CoD franchise itself), and as such they feel like an incredibly unimaginative enemy to populate the game with.

They don't even look aesthetically interesting for the most part: they're generic-looking machines and aren't engaging to battle against in either the campaign or multiplayer.

Please, Sledgehammer Games, save us from this absolute banality by going in a whole other, more human direction with your next game...
