Having to start an entirely new character just because you misplaced a single level by accident is simply ludicrous.

So ludicrous in fact, that the next two games in the series implemented mechanics that allowed you to reverse your decisions when it came to levelling, allowing you to completely re-spec your character.

Whilst it might seem like an obvious fix, it could very well be forgotten about. It's as simple as adding an item or even changing one of the covenants to allow for it. It's so easy that if it's not in the remaster then FromSoftware will have truly dropped the ball.

Or just make it really simple and let us do it at the bonfire.
