4. Shoulder Cannon
For a franchise based entirely around a huge array of weapons and violent bloody murder, you would hope that the successor would expand upon the methods of which you perform such acts.
Well, the hopes were fulfilled. Eternal has added a host of varying weapons for you to choose from and to create a majestic dance around something as sinister as demonic slaughter.
The most interesting new weapon is the shoulder-mounted grenade launcher. This versatile piece of shoulder-wear not only looks cool, but can deal extreme amounts of damage and elemental effects.
Oh yes. Elemental.
As expected from a grenade launcher, it can be used to propel explosives at enemies dealing huge damage with a direct hit, along with a damage area from the explosion. Also shown, is the use of freeze grenades. Launching a freeze grenade will keep the demons in place in an icy cage for the Slayer to utilise as they wish.
Want to use the extra time to deal free damage? Light them up. But this icy bomb can also be used as a tool. Freeze your enemies on the spot to keep them at bay while you retreat and gather resources.
