9. Cacodemons Will Swallow Grenades From Your Shotgun Too

A tiny point, as the game notes Cacodemons are particularly susceptible to grenades fired from your shoulder-cannon, but you can immediately put them in a weakened state with your shotgun too:

Just equip the grenade launcher mod and shoot straight for their mouths.

After gulping a grenade down they'll start to flash orange, and - like with the shoulder-cannon grenades - you can leap up for an easy kill. Shoulder-fire a grenade into one Cacodemon while you shotgun-grenade the other, and immediately you have two Glory Kills to chain together.

Also note here: The Ballista crossbow does extra damage to airborne enemies. If you need to thin the ranks of what's coming from above, have at them.
