13. Forza Motorsport 7

Every new console needs a driving game, and Microsoft unveiled the Xbox One X (XOX... XBOX?) with Forza 7 running in glorious 4K.

At this stage there's little left to say about new driving titles other than "Yup, they sure look like cars alright!", but at least Forza comes complete with the latest real-world supercars to tear around the world in.

Thankfully, Turn10 continue to be to this generation and the last what Polyphony Digital was to the PS1 and PS2 - which is to say, they pull out all the stops to make the most authentic, weighty and downright meticulously-crafted driving games on the planet.

Nothing even comes close to Forza at this stage, and F7 looks stellar.
