The accompanying barrel to go alongside Super Smash Bros. Ultimate's release blast on Switch later this year, Mario Party is continuing the franchise's penchant for giving players a smattering of minigames and mechanics to get lost in.

Taking full advantage of the Switch's portability, a host of these games actually go across two or more screens, where the location of the tablets dictates what parts of the game you can control.

56 games have been shown off so far, ranging from free-for-alls to weighted 1 V 3 and everything in between.
