8. Less Bugs at Launch
This is a big topic for an open-ended game like Fallout. Everyone remembers the amount of bugs that plagued New Vegas at launch; some of them were game-breaking. Now, I know that the developers cannot eliminate every single bug or glitch, but they could have done more extensive testing for New Vegas with the amount of time that they had. I remember when things were spawning out of place, dialogue was broken, and some Radscorpions just fell through the map around Boulder City, which is apparently still a problem on the Xbox 360. These bugs should be a priority for the developers.
