Fallout 4: 7 More Disturbing Stories & Locations You Totally Missed

2. Milton General Hospital's Unmarked Saw Trap

Fallout Wikia

Near Fallon's Department Store and the Milton General Hospital you should be able to find a seemingly unassuming parking garage, one of the many unmarked locations you can find during the course of Fallout 4.

Usually these random dungeons are rather simple, being home to one or two rooms and a tiny amount of loot. This garage is much more complex however, and upon entering it's clear that something odd is afoot.

Because it turns out someone has been tinkering with the garage to transform it into a terrifying maze full of traps so deadly, they would make the creators of Saw proud. You have to assess your surroundings to pick the right route through the maze, as one wrong decision could mean the difference between being a step closer to freedom or being pumped full of buckshot.

However even if you do make it to the end of the deadly game you'll be treated to a diabolical final option. You're forced to choose between two locked cells, both containing potentially invaluable loot. Whichever option you decide on means that the other cell will be destroyed, along with whatever resources it may have held.

Choose wisely.
