Fallout 76: 10 Game-Changing New Details You Need To Know
4. Wacky Weaponry
Causing the evaporation of entire settlements with Fat Man launchers has been a highlight in every Fallout title stretching all the way back to Bethesda's first post-apocalyptic jaunt across Washington State, but we've been there, done that and got the tattered t-shirt.
Providing new ways to maim and kill the mutated leftovers of Earth's pre-nuclear surface is a surefire method of keeping the experience feeling fresh from sequel to sequel and you can bet your bottom dollar that Bethesda's tucked all sorts of weird and wonderful weaponry away for players to find. Case in point: the Guitar Sword.
Sadly, the guitar-turned-killing-instrument won't be able to serve its purpose as a musical instrument outside of combat, but that doesn't discount the sound of comical 'twangs' whenever you clout someone around the head with it.
More unique weapons like the Shishkebab and Alien Blaster are exactly what Fallout needs to complement its more traditional weaponry, and weapons like the Guitar Sword look set to fill that niche nicely.
