Sadio Mane guarantees goals. Despite playing out wide, the Senegalese forward has broken the double-digit barrier in each of his last four seasons in club football. There aren’t many more direct footballers in the Premier League than Mane - as soon as he gets the ball out of his feet, he looks to bury down on goal and find the target.

With the likes of Adam Lallana a little goal-shy, that is probably the reason why the Reds forked out such a large fee for the Southampton ace. The only negative with Mane is that his goals usually comes in gluts (i.e. hat-tricks and braces).

This means that while his statistics look impressive come the end of the season, there will be many frustrated Fantasy League managers waiting for him to explode into life.
