Far Cry 5: 10 Things We Can't Wait To Do

8. Take Part In Dogfights And Bombing Runs

While you could pilot small flying vehicles in previous Far Cry titles, you've never been able to jump into a plane or a helicopter and wreak havoc from the sky. Until now.

Moving away from the limited gyrocopter of the fourth game, the upcoming sequel gives players the ability to pilot aeroplanes, equipped with miniguns and a stockpile of explosives. Consequently, combat isn't only limited to the ground anymore, and there's just as much emphasis this time around on attacking from the skies, getting into dogfights with other aircrafts and reigning down holy hell on the unlucky cultists below.

Likewise, if you don't want to take control of these planes yourself and get your hands dirty directly, you can always call in allies to do the job for you. In a sticky situation? No worries, just call in an A.I helper to carpet bomb the area and help turn the tide of any firefight.
