6. Gylfi Sigurdsson, Tottenham Hotspur (76)

Sigurdsson was loaned by German side Hoffenheim to Swansea City in January 2012 and in just 18 Premier League games he found the back of the net seven times, providing four assists in the process to declare himself one of the shrewdest signings of the January transfer window. In a red-hot start to his Swans career he was voted Premier League Player of the Month for March 2012. He currently plies his trade at Tottenham Hotspur, where the 23 year old has already opened his account by scoring one goal in seven games in a League Cup tie against Carlisle United.
