Being so adaptable makes the 24-year-old one of Bayerns most pivotal players, capable of playing on the wing, as a playmaker or as a forward. In the six seasons the German footballer (how else to describe Müllers position?) has spent at Bayern since graduating from their academy, he has proven himself to be one of the most technically skilled footballers on the planet. With exceptional dribbling, control and passing, Müller was truly worthy of his high FIFA 14 rating. His mental attributes are equally impressive Müllers awareness and ability to read a game and make incisive runs are what make him one of the games greats. After another quality season with the Bundesliga champs and an incredible World Cup campaign in which he earned the Silver Boot, Müller was certainly worthy of an upgrade though we would have liked to have seen him upgraded by more than just one point. There can be no denying that Thomas Müller is now one of the greatest footballers on the planet and this should be reflected in his receiving a far, far higher rating on FIFA 15.
