If some of the matches that we play on FIFA were to take place in the 'real' world, they would certainly been investigated for match fixing. It is amazing how your top goalscorer, who has been effortlessly hitting the back of the net in the past few games suddenly couldn't hit a barn door from 5 yards. How the opposition no.1 'gets angry' and turns into some Hulkesque being that fills up the goal and is seemingly impossible to beat. How your defenders legs turn to jelly and the opposition strikers casually stroll into the box before slotting the ball into the empty net, all the while your goalkeeper leans against the post and looks on disapprovingly. EA seem to think that we don't know better, that they have scripted the AI to perform terribly after a series of wins. It's a shame for them, we do.
