10. Custom Formations
Ultimate Team is ostensibly a mode which lets you build your vision of the greatest team possible from the worlds current offering of professional footballers. It is true you are given the freedom to build a squad from the worlds top leagues. However, for all the freedom we are given by EA Sports, we are limited to field our superstars in one of FIFAs designated formations rather than fine-tuning the arrangement to our specific needs. There are some notable omissions from the formations on offer: many players have called for the 4-3-4 and 4-6-0 formations to be made available. Even better than adding these prominent absentees would be if EA were to introduce the facility whereby the player had complete control over where their players were placed, meaning that the team on the field was truly their vision of the Ultimate Team. With the improvements in tactics and strategy EA Sports claimed FIFA 15 will implement, it seems only natural that the player should be able to create a custom formation on FUT.
