FIFA 14 Rating: 72 There's a good reason why Fraser Forster has just earned himself a £10m move to the Premier League, and it's not his shot-stopping skills. The giant Geordie was a solid goal-keeper as he proved on more than one occasion last year, but the fact is he was protected by an occasionally monumental defence that went 1,215 minutes without conceding a goal, breaking the 43-year-old record previously set by Aberdeen. Teams simply did not get much of a chance to score against the Bhoys, and a lot of the responsibility for that success fell on Virgil Van Dijk's considerable shoulders. For his efforts, the Dutchman won the Celtic Players' Player of The Year award, and has been linked with a move away from the club - most recently to Newcastle United. Van Dijk is the real deal, and if he chooses not to stay at Celtic, he will slot into most Premier League defences with ease, at a fraction of the cost of the likes of Mangala, and if he does stay, he will continue to be the keystone to the Scottish side's defence. Thanks to his imperious season last year, he deserves an uplift from his 72 rating in FIFA 14, to something more reflective of the potential rating EA Sports gave him (of 78).
