THE most underrated player on FIFA 15 however is Diego Costa's club and international teammate Cesc Fabregas, who has astonishingly been DOWNGRADED by two points from last year, and we're still scratching our heads in bewilderment trying to puzzle out why. It's not like Fabregas endured a difficult season - he did, after all, score 13 goals in all competitions last term. He also provided 13 assists in the league, making him the joint-second-highest assist maker in La Liga, behind only Angel Di Maria and level with Koke. One of the most creative players in the business, the former Arsenal star has continued to live up to his nickname as the 'assists king' during his second spell in England this season, by setting up four goals in three games. The only reason we can think of to explain EA's somewhat unfathomable decision is the fact Barcelona and Spain endured difficult respective campaigns last season. Barca finished trophy-less for the first time in six years and also failed to reach the last four of the Champions League for the first time in seven, while Spain were knocked out of the World Cup at the group stages. Still, this is no reason to punish or single out Fabregas, who by his own lofty standards enjoyed a fine personal campaign and is undeserving of his somewhat insulting position of 46th place in FIFA 15's top 50.
