Poor Stevan Jovetic. He had a cracking record at Fiorentina over several years, making him one of the most sought-after strikers in the world. Manchester City struck a £22 million deal for the Montenegrin superstar, but injuries and lack of playing time have hampered his progress.

When he joined Manchester City, he boasted an overall rating of 84. The following year it was dropped to 81 after a disappointing season in which he only scored 8 goals in 20 appearances for club and country.

Realistically, it should be dropped again. He may be a world class player who has simply stubbled for game time and deserves a high rating, but as they say, you're only as good as your last game. Well, if we go by his last season, he's gotten even more goal shy, scoring only 6 times in 30 appearances, all but 2 scored against weak opposition (he scored twice in City's 3-1 victory over Liverpool back in August.

Another player who is more hype than end-product, he needs his overall rating lowered - something that may irk Manchester City fans, but may well please fans of some of the smaller clubs.

Stevan Jovetic Recommended Rating: 78
