FIFA 16: 10 Ways To Improve Manager Mode
2. Make That Big Move Happen
Everybody gets bored sometimes. Whether trapped in the relegation doldrums at Hull City or sick of the sight of Barcelona's away kit, there are always reasons to force a move somewhere else. Unfortunately FIFA 15's jobs board was never its strongest point.
Players might be top of the league with an unlikely club, having won a trophy the previous season and the chance of a bigger job comes up. Instead of offering any kind of explanation, FIFA seems to decide that you're staying where you are.
The perfect solution- and something that FIFA is well known for- would be a series of criteria managers have to complete to be eligible for a certain tier of job. As an example, perhaps Manchester United would be looking for a player to have finished in the top three of their league in two out of three seasons, whereas QPR might just be looking for someone who hasn't spent their entire transfer budget on Niko Kranjcar and dog food.
It would be the perfect balance, giving players who aspire to something greater something to aim for and players who are bored of their current situation a way out.
