FIFA 19: 10 Fan Demands EA Sports Must Include
4. A Generic Stadium Editor
It's understandable why EA can't let gamers edit real-life stadiums like Man Utd's Old Trafford or Real Madrid's Santiago Bernabéu Stadium. The group paid a lot of money to get those arenas in FIFA, and they're fine as they are anyway.
The same can't be said for generic grounds like Ivy Lane, Forest Park Stadium or the Eastpoint Arena.
EA created those from scratch, so it's confusing why they're not editable at all. Even changing the grass patterns, the colour of the seats and where away fans sit would be a start; the colourful club-specific banners we've seen pop up over the past few years are cool, but they're not a satisfying replacement for (even minor) customisation.
Here's an example: play as a League Two side in Career Mode and take them from EFL mediocrity to Premier League glory. Then, grow annoyed as Crown Lane looks as tiny as ever even though you're winning European honours aplenty. Shouldn't the size of those stands be something players can change to reflect on-field success?
Just a thought.
