7. Kevin De Bruyne (Manchester City)
If Kevin De Bruyne isn't rated in the 90s on FIFA 19, I'm off to play PES as this game is clearly broken.
The 27-year-old was one of the main reasons Manchester City stormed to their record-breaking title win in the 2017-18 season, and followed that up by showcasing his ability on the biggest stage of them all, the World Cup.
Prior to his headline-grabbing performances in Russia, De Bruyne was already rated as a 90 overall on the World Cup update of the game, and following Belgium finishing third in the tournament it's arguable that he could even be a 91 upon FIFA 19's release.
The World Cup rating of De Bruyne rated his passing at 91, dribbling at 87, and shooting at 85. It's not at all outlandish to suggest that these three stats could all be increased, making De Bruyne one of the best midfielders on the game.
