Now this is a tough job. Newly promoted Bournemouth probably have the smallest transfer and wage budget in the Premier League, and look to have a real job on their hands in remaining in the top flight. With key players Callum Wilson and Max Gradel both out until mid-April, the Bournemouth job is arguably the toughest to take in the Premier League. If working on a shoestring budget with a group of young, fairly unknown players is your style, this may just be the challenge for you. Keep them up after one season, and who knows where you could take the south-coast side?
