17. Lucas Ocampos - Marseille
Club: Marseille Age: 21 Estimated Cost: £15 million Position: Attacking Midfielder Right/Left Lucas Ocampos is one of the best attacking midfielders on Football Manager 2016 and his performances on either flank are remarkably consistent. The midfielder delivers an array of goals and assists per season and averages around 7.40. The Argentinian recently moved to Marseille from Monaco and it seems the French side have really captured an outstanding talent. You will need to prise Ocampos away from the Stade Velodrome as soon as possible as he is likely to cost a fair bit more if you leave it too late and Manchester City won't be afraid to pay it.
