8. Mitchell Weiser
Mitchell Weiser is one of the older wonderkids but at the age of just 21, he would still almost certainly be the youngest full back in your squad. He's also one of the more expensive options but he could be playable straight away, or certainly within a year of garnering some experience.
It's very simple with Weiser. The more game time he gets, the better he will become. His initial development has been strong, now he just craves experience. A lot of 16/17/18 year olds will happily grow on their own accord in the youth system, but Weiser has done all of that. Give him game time with your team or a loan move and you'll reap the rewards of a rapid quick full back.
