Football Manager 2022: 10 Attacking Midfielders You Must Sign

1. Jamal Musiala

Club: Bayern Munich

Nationality: German

Price: £50 million

It takes a special sort of player to have five caps for the German national team by the age of just 18, but that's exactly the sort of special player that Jamal Musiala is.

Of course, for someone of such quality, you'll have to dig deep into your club's financial resources to be able to convince Bayern Munich to give up Musiala. If you're in charge of one of those wealthy clubs, though, the £50 million required to land this attacking midfielder should be handed over immediately.

Having started life as a wide player, Musiala has the dribbling (17) and flair (18) numbers needed to effortlessly maraud through the centre of the pitch. That's just the tip of the iceberg, mind, for this youngster also has great starting digits for technique (17), agility (16), natural fitness (16), determination (16), first touch (16), pace (15), acceleration (15) and work rate (15).

Again, those numbers on an experienced senior pro would be jaw-dropping enough. To see such stats on an 18-year-old kid is ludicrous. So, as mentioned, if you can afford Jamal Musiala, sign Jamal Musiala!
