Club: Man Utd

Nationality: Brazilian

Price: £21 million

If you're a mid-table top flight side looking to push on to the upper echelons of your respective league, Alex Telles can provide a great left-back option for the initial few years of your FM22 career.

Playing for a side where he'll get gametime week in, week out, Telles can prove to be an inspired signing. His defensive stats are solid, but it's in the attacking side of things where this Brazilian truly shines. With 17 for corners and crossing, plus 15 for free kicks, the Man Utd player is guaranteed to reach double figures for assists if he becomes a regular for you. Added to that, if he has creative license to get forward, Telles will also chip in with more than his fair share of goals.

Upon starting a new FM22 save, Utd may hold out for up to £25 million for the LB. For those who can wait until January in your first season, though, there's a chance you can get Telles for a discounted price of somewhere around £15 million due to him struggling for minutes on the pitch because of Luke Shaw being Utd's first choice left-back.
