2. Early Access

Again, not a feature, per se, but Sports Interactive is currently offering early FM22 access for those eager beavers who can't wait to get their hands on this new release.

While Football Manager 2022 will be widely available from 9 November, pre-ordering the game from a designated digital retailer will have two major benefits. Firstly, this will allow you to get early access to FM22. At this stage, the exact date of this early access hasn't been confirmed, but previous early access to Football Manager offerings usually tends to allow gamers to play FM approximately two weeks before the game is officially released.

If early access to FM22 wasn't a big enough selling point to pre-order the game, any such purchase through Steam, Epic Games or any of the usual digital spots will give you 10% off the standard purchase price.

So, while not a new in-game feature, it's definitely worth highlighting to any would-be FM22 suitors that opting to pre-order the game clearly has a couple of huge selling points - primarily early access and a nicely discounted price!
