Gears Of War 4: 9 Things We Can't Wait To See

1. If Marcus Survives

First Han Solo, then Rocky gets sick in the new Creed - are we destined to see all our favourite heroes kick the bucket as newer generations come in?

Quite possibly, but in the launch trailer, seeing Marcus get abducted by one of the new creatures doesn't bode well. Or, depending on how much we're going down the route of "Marcus is an immortal badass", it could make for the perfect reintroduction of his character on the battlefield, if he emerges unscathed from such a life-threatening event.

Still, during Gears 4 he'll be the ripe old age of 62, and naturally, fans are already questioning whether or not Marcus will bite the big one. Although I for one would really hate for that to be the case, if they're going to do it, at least have Marcus be the catalyst for some major plot event or villainous character arc - not just 'for the sake of it.'
