God Of War 2: Ragnarok Wishlist: 10 Things Fans Want To See
4. Atreus Becoming Loki
With GOW's reveal that Atreus, Kratos' son, has been Loki all along, this naturally provides a few avenues about where this particular twist could go.
There've been a lot of interpretations of Loki over the years, but there are always a number of characteristics that define the God of mischief.
And whatever happens in the story, it would be cool to see Atreus taking on some of the typical traits of his moniker, whether that be Loki's penchant for trickery and deceit, or maybe new powers, such as Loki's ability to shapeshift at will.
Oh, and he has to have a cool, horned helmet at some point.
There's also an interesting plot point in the mythology where Loki is captured and imprisoned underground, whilst the rest of his family are killed, which is what leads to Ragnarok in the first place. While Kratos has always been the face of the series, a plot involving that would be great if the developers want a drastic shift in the franchise.
Oh, there also needs to be an explanation for how Atreus gives birth to the world serpent somewhere in there. Because that's weird enough as it is.
