5. Property

One of the most complained-about omissions from GTA IV was the fact that players could not purchase property, something which had been a staple of both Vice City and San Andreas prior. However, Rockstar is bringing this much-loved aspect of the game back with a vengeance; firstly, you can purchase property during the single-player campaign, but you can
also do it online. With the cash you make from heists and other online missions, you can purchase a pad for yourself, or if you're feeling filthy rich, an entire garage of cars, and for around $1 million, even a freaking
jet. The only question that remains is one of logistics - if the game's mechanics have us potentially interacting with different people every time we go online, won't there be a point where people will have bought the same property? Of course, Rockstar will have considered this months, even years ago, so it'll be interesting to see what workaround they've opted for.
