There are various methods of escaping police attention in GTA V, the majority of which involve different forms of hiding (including in the bushes, as we've already discussed) as well as facing off with the law to the bitter end, which will usually leave you on the wrong end of a handful of bullets. But it is possible, even at the higher wanted levels to take out police pursuers in surprisingly inventive ways. This is particularly relevant if you happen to have a helicopter at your disposal. The presence of the wind farm that played such an integral part of the first released GTA V trailer means that criminals on the run can take refuge in wide open areas without the threat of a helicopter following them. The spinning rotors of the turbines should be enough to deter even the most committed of air-cops, though clearly, given how many of the choppers simply fly into them and destroy themselves, that's not really the case.
