Injustice 2: 15 Guest Characters NetherRealm Must Include
3. Negan
I'm not really on The Walking Dead hype-train, if I'm being honest, but that doesn't mean I don't understand the appeal. In Negan's case, that appeal is obvious; he's an utterly repulsive figure - that much is certain - but he's also an altogether more absorbing and engaging antagonist than what most fans of the show have become accustomed to over the years.
Of course, Negan's tendency for beating beloved series mainstays has factored into the character's nascent notoriety, but that only makes a potential Injustice appearance all the more enticing. Giving bereft players the means to move through the five stages of grief - mainly anger - by taking Negan to task in the game's virtual arenas would be a surefire way of providing a whole new dimension to the title; namely by facilitating viewer frustration with immediate virtual revenge.
Or, you know, if you're a fan of bashing people on the melon with a wired up baseball bat, then I'm sure Negan would appeal to you as well.
