Jedi Fallen Order: 10 Star Wars Games EA MUST Make Next
5. A Rebels Game
Despite finishing in 2018, Star Wars Rebels remains one of the most popular spin-offs in the franchise's history.
The animated series acted as a semi-sequel to the popular Clone Wars animated show, featuring some of the same characters and filling in more of what happened between the fall of the Republic and the rise of The Galactic Empire.
It ran for four seasons, spawned two feature length specials, and won numerous awards across its four year run. But one thing it never got was its own game.
Yes, there was a mobile game called "Recon Missions" and you could play as some characters from Rebels in the Star Wars version of Angry Birds, but a true Rebels game has yet to be made.
The show's visual style lends itself perfectly to a video game adaptation. Add that to the wide variety of characters, locations, vehicles, and weapons, and once again the writing is on the wall.
The only problem is that the show has been gone for over a year now. However, if Star Wars has taught us nothing, it's that nostalgia sells and there is a whole generation of young fans for whom Rebels was their first encounter with the Star Wars universe.
